How I approach financial decision-making in growing and complex businesses.

I work with founders and leadership teams when financial decisions start to matter as much as execution.
As businesses grow, complexity increases. Cash dynamics become less intuitive, margins behave differently than expected, and decisions around hiring, pricing, investment, or expansion carry more weight. At that point, financial clarity becomes essential.

My background combines senior experience in international corporate environments with hands-on involvement in founder-led businesses. I’ve worked within professional services firms, led teams in regulated settings, and operated inside small and mid-sized businesses where cash, trade-offs, and timing are very real constraints.

I don’t approach finance as reporting for its own sake. My focus is on helping decision-makers understand what the numbers are actually telling them and how to use that insight to make better choices.

In practice, this means working alongside founders and teams on topics such as cash visibility, margins and unit economics, financial structure, and decision support during growth or transition phases.
I often collaborate with accounting firms and fractional CFO teams when additional senior finance capacity is needed, acting as a bridge between financial information and business decisions.
