This Privacy Policy is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and explains how Dotnetics processes personal data collected through the website dotnetics.com (the “Website”).
The Cookie Policy and the cookie banner complement this notice with respect to cookies and similar technologies.

Dotnetics may process the following categories of personal data:

Purposes of Processing and Legal Bases
Dotnetics processes personal data for the following purposes:
A) Handling contact requests and communications
Purpose: to respond to user inquiries, schedule calls, provide information about services, and manage pre-contractual and/or contractual communications.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual/contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and/or the Controller’s legitimate interest in managing communications and user relationships (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
B) Newsletter and informational/promotional communications (MailerLite)
Purpose: to send newsletters and email communications containing updates, content, insights and promotional information about Dotnetics’ services.
Legal basis: the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Users may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email.
C) Website analytics and improvement (Google Analytics)
Purpose: to measure Website usage and improve content and performance.
Legal basis: the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected via the cookie banner for analytics cookies/identifiers. If consent is not given, analytics cookies are not set and/or analytics tools are not activated.
D) Remarketing/retargeting and campaign measurement (Meta Pixel)
Purpose: to measure campaign effectiveness and, where enabled, to run remarketing/retargeting activities on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), including the creation of custom and/or lookalike audiences depending on campaign settings.
Legal basis: the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected via the cookie banner for marketing cookies/identifiers. If consent is not given, marketing cookies and related tracking technologies are not activated.
E) Marketing profiling (where enabled)
Purpose: to analyze and segment browsing and interaction behavior in order to personalize communications or campaigns and create marketing segments/audiences.
Legal basis: the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), via the cookie banner and/or other consent mechanisms where required. Any profiling takes place only if the user consents to marketing cookies/technologies.
F) Security and technical operation

A) Contact form
By filling in the contact form, users provide the data required for Dotnetics to respond (typically name and email, plus the message content).
B) Newsletter / Email marketing – MailerLite
Dotnetics uses MailerLite to manage email contact lists and send newsletters. The service may record delivery and interaction metrics (e.g., email opens and clicks) where such features are enabled.
Data processed: email address, name (if provided), and email interaction data (if enabled).

C) Analytics – Google Analytics
Dotnetics uses Google Analytics for statistical purposes and to improve the Website.
